Control the content of printed documents

Printing control is performed by means of Printoscope Printout Repository module (PPR) – it is one of the most effective forms of ensuring security of printed documents.  This module enables to read and store the contents of ALL pages of printed documents and from ALL local as well as network printers installed in the company.

The program allows to archive and view the contents of printouts by the committee. Printouts are stored by the system for a specified period of time.

Printouts created by the users are archived in the repositories in the same form as they were originally sent to the printing device (RAW files). The system controls many repositories which are accessed from the Printoscope Management Console of the Printoscope Cost Control module.

Printouts are presented in the form of multipage display files in PDF or TIFF format.

Printing control increases the certainty that company’s important documents will not fall into wrong hands.

The PPR module is controlled from the Printoscope Management Console application which is the part of Printoscope Cost Control system. Access to printouts is clearly specified. The content of printed works can be viewed only by direct managers of printout executors. Individual managers do not have access to all printouts registered in the system, and the Printoscope Cost Control system administrator is not authorized to view any printout.

Printing control can only be effective if you install Printoscope Printout Repository module!
