CONFIDENTIAL PRINTOUT

Office devices are simultaneously used by many employees, and even by different departments, so the safety of documents created in the company becomes increasingly important. It must be noted that employees’ documents have to be protected not only at working stations, but also on the path (network) to the printer and at the moment of printout. One of the options which allows to effectively protect printed documents is the confidential printout function. Thanks to this, the printing process is activated only after entering a unique PIN code or placing your own proximity card – used e.g. to register work time or open the door. Printoscope system in the PTS module also helps to delete undesired documents already waiting in the queue for printing. After selecting deletion option the user just has to delete them from the queue in the Printoscope Terminal device or MFP device panel.

FOLLOW-ME PRINTOUT

One of the form of confidential printout which also protects printed documents while improving work flow is the so called you-follow or follow-me printing.

In practice it is a printout following an employee – this means that the document can be printed out on any device in the company by means of predefined printing devices.

By means of Printoscope system in the PTS module it is possible to use the so called assistance function – it is an extended version of a standard follow-me printout – assigning a person for collecting own printout, thereby an employee/manager can assign a person for collecting their own documents.

COPIES CALCULATION

Printoscope system in the PTS module can block MFP device until an employee has logged in by means of a proximity card or PIN. The system will register information about created copies assigned to the logged-in user and their quality.

Printoscope system is integrated with all types of readers and proximity cards and most MFP devices present on the Polish and world market. We are prepared to carry out further integrations with printing-copying devices.
