From the first day after the installation of Printoscope Cost Control module and the implementation of Solution4Office recommended procedures, printing costs in the company will start to decrease significantly. Direct costs of printouts are related to the costs of paper and toners.

From our experience we conclude that the printing cost reduction amounts on average to 30-35%. During the analyses at the Client’s site the savings in a particular project amounted to 21-56% as compared to previously incurred costs.

Having installed PCC module (Printoscope Cost Control) the Client can easily and quickly access all information from printing devices both installed locally, shared and network.

A detailed audit consists in the analysis of reports generated automatically by the PCC module which provides us with all information concerning printouts, among other things: The number of printed documents, number of pages, printers load, printout quality, division into colors/b&w, duplex/simplex, printout cost.
